How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order using the carrier's website.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! We offer express shipping for domestic orders (1-2 business days) and international express shipping to selected countries. Shipping charges are calculated based on courier service rates.
What happens if I'm not available during delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2 times. After that, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we'll contact you to reschedule delivery.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Some fragile or oversized items may have special shipping requirements. We'll notify you during checkout if your order requires special handling.
Do you ship on weekends and holidays?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Deliveries may occur on Saturdays depending on the carrier, but not on Sundays or national holidays.
