Products are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in perfect condition.
Custom-made products, personalized items, sale items marked as "Final Sale", and intimate products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item is received and approved. You will receive tracking information for your exchanged item once shipped.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
If the exchanged product is of lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For higher-value exchanges, you will be invoiced for the difference.
