Eligibility for Exchange

Products are eligible for exchange within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and in perfect condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made products, personalized items, sale items marked as "Final Sale", and intimate products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Procedure

  2. 2Provide your order number and reason for exchange with clear photos if applicable
  3. 3Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide an exchange authorization with return instructions

  5. 5Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange immediately

Exchange Timeframe

Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item is received and approved. You will receive tracking information for your exchanged item once shipped.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by us. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds for Exchanges

If the exchanged product is of lower value than the original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For higher-value exchanges, you will be invoiced for the difference.
